What is Therapeutic Coaching?
Therapeutic Coaching is a transformational way to overcome difficulties and to move forward in a way that is right for you as an individual.
The process is bespoke and very respectful.
Many clients book a set of three sessions to first identify and then work through an issue. However, it is also possible to book packages of 8 or 10 sessions. This can be particularly helpful with children, when the first few sessions may need to be devoted purely to building a positive relationship and mutual trust.
Confidentiality
There are clear boundaries around privileged information in coaching and confidentiality is absolutely 100% guaranteed.
Field End Coaching will not share your data with any other organisation or individual. Anything you say in the therapy room is for that space only and Andrea will not share specifics of your sessions with anyone.
Sessions are timetabled so that clients do not encounter one another. Typically, an hour session is booked with 45 minutes of face to face coaching, followed by 15 minutes for Andrea to write notes and plan for the next session. This allows for the client to leave before the next arrives. If Andrea encounters you locally, she will not acknowledge you (unless you already have a different connection) as this could identify you as a client.
Your time with Field End Coaching is for you and you alone. It is not anyone else’s business.
Anxiety
Modern life can be stressful. Demands on your time, financial pressures and unrealistic expectations from social media can all lead to feelings of anxiety. Phobias
From heights and insects to public speaking, therapeutic coaching can help you overcome fears. Andrea uses exercises drawn from hypnotherapy and cognitive behaviour therapy to help clients build their confidence with previously challenging encounters.
Family Dynamics
Finding it tough at home? Going to work for a break? You might like to book a set of individual sessions or a few group sessions with your partner and/or children. These sessions focus on listening to one another building empathy.
Improved Health and Wellbeing
