Andrea is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable leader, who has managed large and small teams in a variety of settings.
She can work with individuals or teams who possibly feel ‘stuck’ with the same re-occuring problems. Andrea won’t have all the answers, but she will be able to cast a fresh light onto the problem and enable your team to find the right solutions for their context.

However, it is of course, very likely that a successful inspection will ensue following your growth in confidence and clarity after your coaching experience.
