Helping an Adult with a Phobia

Ella* was frightened of heights. She had accepted this as part of who she was and managed to avoid locations which made her nervous. Once she had three young children she found herself repeatedly having to be in challenging places and did not want to limit her children’s experiences by avoiding theme park rides, hilltop walks etc.

Andrea helped Ella to locate pivotal childhood moments when this fear began to grow and was able to work with Ella to move past this fear.
